Worst Service ever! Telkom won't refund me!

Worst Service Ever!! Telkom customer service is literally the worst ever and they do not care about their customer.

I app**** for a cell phone contract on their website on the 1st of August, right after my application was submitted I received a call from their cellphone department to confirm and take further details. I was then informed that the application was successful and Telkom will need to debit money first before delivery of my phone, and the phone would be delivered 7 days after the debit. Within 2 days the debit was made. And then heard or received nothing from Telkom.

10 days after the money was taken I still hadn't received or heard anything from Telkom. I called to follow up and was given a run-around! I was told to call this number and then that number, put on hold several times, at some point I was told to call the courier company myself as the phone was already out of their hands and with the courier company.

I called Telkom for like a thousand times in the month of August and no one could assist me (such *********** staff) everytime they would say they have escalated the matter or they will call me back but I never received any feedback from anyone. Eventually I received a call and was told that they no longer have stock of the phone and if I wanted to take a different phone, at this point I was over Telkom and opted to cancel the contract.

Now, I had to go through the same horrible process of being refunded my money that was debited! AGAIN, I had to make numerous calls almost everyday, holding, being transferred from one person to another, false promises that my money will be deposited into my account within 2 days and so on and STILL NOTHING!

To this day I am still waiting for the them to refund me or atleast get back to me. I have been patient enough and am now sick and tired of waiting, I just need this matter resolved. This is absolutely unacceptable!!
