Worst service ever, telkom will never work with you

We called telkom to ask them to move a line as our company was moving to new premises, just to move our internet and line 2 streets from where we used to be and since the 5th November till today all they tell us is stories everyday, ur services are really poor, not just poor but they such so much, when the contract ends will make sure it's never renewed, telkom is a very useless company. How does one cancel a contract that is a year remaining due to such poor services, everyday when you call they are always sending someone or always apologizing but nothing is done. Worst service ever, can't wait to move to a better service...
