Worst service ever #telkom

Telkom is the most **** service provider and has the worst customer service ever. I have been struggling for 3 months to get my wifi and adsl sorted with them but they just cant get it right. Everytime we call them or if we go into a store, no one knows what to do and our previous communications with them does not reflect on their system then we have to explain again from the start. Ask for a manager then they send out any person they hav at the back who tells us the same that the consultants infront says. They are either all stupid / useless or just dont care about their clients. I sometimes feel like breaking things in their store due to the frustration. They are F***ing the most useless service consultants ever i had to deal with. And i hav had to work with government workers at hospitals. They were much more helpful than Telkom ****. #TELKOM U ARE A DISGRACE, I WISH YOUR BUSINESS GOES DOWN FOREVER. #telkom
