Worst service ever (*****ing money from clients)

<p>I have a contract phone with telkom mobile since Jule 2016.They have been billing me R99 extra on my contract since then and every month they have another excuse for not fixing the problem. I have been to their shop in Woodlands already 3 times (standing in Queues for hours) to get this resolved and also logged calls after calls and every time they send me an SMS (reference) indicating that the cases has been resolved and refunded, but the next month it is there again. I have spend a lot of my time and money , but nothing happened. The worst service ever for 8months and no feedback from this service provider. Please help me out.</p>
