Worst Service EVER !! Stay away from Telkom

<p>We have logged a complaint with Telkom service centre on Monday 01/11/2016 as our Internet service was not working. No one in Customer Services wanted to assist us and said that someone will get back to us within 72 Hours. What is the use of Customer Service then ? Today 11/11/2016 (240 hours later) and the problem is still NOT solved and no one even had the odacity to get back to us.</p> <p>We have contacted Telkom several times after this and had no success - no one is willing to help. We have asked on several occasions to speak to the manager on duty and every time we have been told that the manager is on Lunch (19:00 at night and on lunch ???)</p> <p>How to get this problem solved - we need our Internet service. We Pay for the service per month and wonder how much longer we still need to wait.</p> <p>On top of this - Telkom have the WORST signal ever.</p> <p>I advise people to stay away from Telkom and rather use a proper Network like Vodacom.</p> <p>This is the worst I ever experienced - WHAT A JOKE !!!!!!</p>
