worst service ever /staff that is unhelpfull

<p>Telkom seems to be the only service provider that a customer must waste time and hours over the phone with no help I spoke to a rude call center staff now called Ayanda Shezi who refused to assist it seems that I need to beg Telkom on a monthly basis to update my details and to make payment no one seems to get back to you yet they fail to update ur information for a simple debit order to go off</p>
