WORST SERVICE EVER SERIOUSLY

i wrote to hello peter last week with no results yet again giving indication telkom doesn't give a ****. since 13 November my landline has been off, finally i got to speak to a supervisor by the name of Samantha, she was the only one yet to actually want to help me. on friday a technician by the name of harry came and said our cable was connected to another person so our line is dead, today a technician by the name of timothy comes assist, he is really so disinterested in his job, lazy and really seems clue less, he even left his tester at my place by mistake. does a competent person actually exist there? i really do think telkom should close there doors, service like this i have never ever seen like before in a bad way by the way.

When will my landline be fixed... o yes i forgot that would be like asking God when im going to die
