Worst service ever - No one cares

Tomorrow is 4 weeks. No one cares. You qualify for a limited offer deal, they do not get back to you to finalize the deal. Is it that difficult to pick up a phone or send an email.<br> <br> I have given all my details twice now. The sales call center no one picks up a phone. Everyone keeps redirecting me to them and you wait 20mins for no one to pick up a phone.<br> <br> Spoke to online support twice now too. Gave them all my details. Your query has been escalated. Big words and still no service. Is it possible that NO ONE has the ability to get back to me. Worst part is they emailed me to say I qualify. Existing client. They have all my details.<br> <br> Second time I complain about this on this site. Only response is, we apologize and we are looking into it. Someone will get back to you.<br> <br> Apparently someone has not been informed that they should call me.
