Worst service ever - NEVER GO WITH TELKOM

Telkom gives teh worst service ever. They cannot respond to a problem timeously. The only reason this stupid company still exists is because they belong to the company and they have teh monopoly. I wish we could get rid of them and not have to use them.

I have had a Telkom data service since October but have had more down time than running time as the line is always broken. This would not bother me so bad but i had to choose between DSTV or telkom and decided to go for the internet instead. CLEARLY THIS WAS A MISTAKE. I now want to cancel the line and do DSTV instead or a different service provider but i have to cancel which takes 30 days. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Fix my line today or cancel it today. I have all my family over and cant even watch TV and i am sick of waiting for your technicians to come and fix my problem. Cancel it today and i will go to another service provider today. ***** TELKOM!!! WORST COMPANY AND SERVICE EVER. I WISH I COULD SWEAR TO BRING MY POOINT ACROSS!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TELKOM!!!!

I spoke to soon. Internet is down again so I take it I will have to write another report and wait another 3 weeks for the problem to be resolved. I honestly think you should take your service and stock it where the sun don't shine. Just give me cancellation forms so I can cancel and go to another service provider where I wont keep sitting with these issues. I am honestly so fed up with this company and the service they do not provide.
