Worst service ever is Telkom

Who ever read this, I am so f off with Telkom, I have so many times complained about a router and tv lid box that was given to me for free when I renewed my contract last year, I have been charged for both on my f account, I have been to the store twice and only one has been credited to my account, now to get the last one credited is a nightmare, how many times do I need to phone and waist my f time, for f sake!!!!!!!! My last ref no is ********** 3 and if you guys do not want to sort it out you can cancel my contract, I don’t give a f. Telkom is the worst service provider in South Africa, worst f service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
