WORST SERVICE EVER GIVEN!

On the 18th of October 2018 I completed cancellation documents sent through it to ********** all the requirements and was provided reference number of ********** 2 and a reply that it takes approximately 30days which was okay. I went to the branch where I got my contract in Eastgate Shopping centre where my request was escalated by one of your consultants and verified it is cancelled.

On the 2nd of Feb 2019 I receive an sms stating my account has been handed over to Nu debt with a ridiculous amount! how can you guys do this?!!!
