WORST SERVICE EVER FROM TELKOM SA TO A BUSINESS

<p>I have reported one of our lines in January this year and after a visit from three different technicians it is still down. They said we need a new Opticon MIcro switch board because that is where the problem lies. The call center offers no solutions, there is not senior person or manager of some kind to ever speak to almost as if they don't want to talk to people.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last technician's name was Isaac - ********** . He also promised to resolve this for us since the beginning of February . Never comes back to me and never lets me know on the progress of anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>Utterly disgusted and disappointed in the level of incompetence from Telkom SA. </p>
