Worst service ever from telkom

How do i cancel my account with telkom if the telkom online profile does not work (Snapshots taken) and the e-mail adress for telkom cancelations is no longer active (Screenshots taken) and telkom employees sending me e-mails does not respond when a request is made???????? Discusting service.
