Worst service ever from Telkom

Telkom came to install ADSL internet and landline at my house but it never worked. I called them countless times to fix the problem but they kept telling me the issue has been resolved. Its over a year now they have been billing me for service that they never delivered. I have cancelled the service, but they keep billing me month after month. I'm very disappointed in their service. I will never recommend Telkom to anyone. They have the worst service ever.
