WORST SERVICE EVER FROM CALL CENTER, NUMBERS ARE 10213 AND 081110

I did an online application for the March special (Telkom Big Deal – 10GB LTE for R139) to date and I have still not received my modem and sim and I am very disappointed with the level of service delivered by such a large company like "TELKOM". And I've been calling 10213 spoke to Bongiwe (on 04/08/2019 16:25) who advised they have a system failure but a manager will call within 24 hours and the 24hrs is turning to a week with no call. Also called 081110 (2019/04/04) and Spoke to VUYO who dropped the line while I was still talking, called the number again and spoke to this Rude lady MIRANDA who told me I'm wasting her time and dropped the line.
