Worst service ever from a service provider

Worst service ever. Been billed for 3 lines when I only have 1 and I informed them from the first bill received on 12th of December 2019 but and to date the bill is not rectified instead my services are suspended. I've been calling day in day out but still no assistance instead consultants drop calls and write incorrect notes on the account.
