Worst service EVER!!!!!!!

I have had wifi issues since November18 2021 till now. My problem is still not sorted my router was taken in by telkom and it came back . It worked for one day and i have been trying to talk to a call center agent for since then,and every time i call my call gets answered and no one speaks and it stays dead for minutes. One time i called i was lucky to speak to an agent and i explained my situation and then after she put me on hold and then hung up on me.
