Worst service ever

I have been trying to sort out my account with Telkom Clearwater branch for the past 2 months for an OBF that I am being charged for. I should have just listened to word of mouth and not taken out a contract with Telkom. However, they proved themselves right. No customer service,not bothered with assisting clients at all to resolve an issue. I had taken time out from my time to sort out the issue they created and till today no one has had the decency to call me, only empty promises. I had emailed on several occasions and requested for the branch manager to call me or for the CEOs details. But to no avail. Now I receive an sms that I owe money that will be deducted at the end of the month for a phone that was an OBF. I am awaiting a call from the branch manager today. If I had the opportunity, I would never refer anyone to Telkom. The worst service I have ever received.!!!The applicable review for them would be no star at all.
