Worst service ever.

I have never been so frustrated and ********** by any other company as by Telkom. They have been debiting my account since May without me receiving any services from them and they refuse to resolve this issue. Their sales consultant **** and said that i had network coverage when i didn't and left me with such a huge inconvenience of trying to cancel the contracts. Even though the contracts are now canceled they have never stopped debiting my account. What a nightmare!!!
