Worst service ever

Worst service ever!! My debit order didn't go through, then on the 13th of November I paid via the app. On 15 November the debited my account twice the amount and now I am still getting messages about the arrears. I tried phoning, but their customer care line just repeats itself and you never get through to a consultant!!
