Worst Service Ever

My contract was ending in November 2021, I went yo Telkom at Overport City to cancel till to date my account is debited for the contract that 3 months ago. I was at at the same brunch last month and I was told that everything was cancelled, today I was debited again. I don't know what else to do, I will start reversing my debit orders now until I get assistance .
