WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED

sadly we cannot rate on a zero star rating I have had a telephonic sales call regarding a contract, I have agreed to it but have never ever activated it, in fact I have cancelled it at the greenstone telkom store. i have never ever been debited from my account but have been incurring costs to my name which I was not aware off and because of that I have been flagged on my ITC and am not able to obtain credit I strictly advise no person to ever use telkom for anything as they are just useless no one ever responds, no one ever knows what is happening but they are very quick to take our money. please people stay away from Telkom as they are very bad news. TELKOM IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER
