worst service ever experienced

I have taken out a fibre contract with TelkomSA last month, i call the customer service for the delivery of the router and every time i speak to a consultant they tell me it will be delivered in 24 hours this was last week Wednesday. i called again today and yet again same response as always and best part is they say the router is not even in the warehouse so how do you tell me 24 hours when the warehouse doesn't even have the router. this is very very pathetic from you guys, we have a business to run and now losing money due to the incompetence of this TelkomSA
