Worst service ever ever ever

Worst service ever , My phone got ****** Saturday afternoon once I realized it I called Telkom to block my sim cards and also black list my phone the consultant confirmed this has been done . Sunday morning I went to Telkom shop in Woodland that must open at 9.00 I stood in front of the shop past 9 then a employer come to me and told that thy are having a problem and the shop will only open at 10.00 (not mall Rules) than just before 10 she come again and told me that is now only going to be at 10.30 what is this service and what kind of manger do you in the shop ? . Then I went to Telkom in centurion mall to do sim swap and the lady told me she can’t the number is suspended and grayed out . She lock a call and agent call me back tell me it is suspended he does not know what to do well done the service I gave the phone to the lady in the store and then after speaking to her he drops the call . So the lady logged another call and someone else called me and then told me the number is not block or suspended . I went back to the shop and the lady told me she will log a call for me and send me a case number but the numbers has been suspended and blocked . So I call the 079 number later the afternoon and the guy that stole my phone answers my number and also on the 065 number I called the call center immediately and the lady told me now all of a sudden it not blocked and the guy that stole my phone is using it she block the 079 number and the told me she can’t block the 065 number what bull is this why iam I paying you guy a very big bill every month ? Who is going to pay the bill now for this last 2 day and until the line has been suspended ? Do you know how much contubuting to crime in this county . I will report you to the consumer ombus man and fias .
