WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

Hi have to say Telkom has the worst service ever. I am trying for a whole 2 weeks to just to get them to assist with Fibre to the Home. I get shunt form pillar to post and back. Sales have no idea what they doing and Support agents are rude to say the most. I have spoken to numerous agents with no joy what so ever. I am still waiting for assistance.
