Worst service ever!!!!!

Worst service ever!!! So i call in two months ago and explain i have no internet...they then advise i must insert a new router to see if that is the problem...after the problem persisted, they then advise that they will attend to the problem...3 weeks later, still no internet. I go in to the shop and they look up my account and advise that they are aware of the problem. Today i went in again and they put me through to technical who then advised that they cannot assist me as my account has been suspended. After speaking to accounts they advised that i must log a query for thebtwo months with no service to be credited...only then can they assist...they really dont care about they're customers!!!!
