Worst service ever!!!!!!!

I have been waiting for a manager to call me for 6 days but your agent said 24hrs. My query was closed with no resolution Ref ***A. You have debited my account for 2 months but I havent been able to use your router. I really regret taking out this contract with you and want this cancelled asap without me paying the cancellation fees because you cannot assist and your service is extremely poor being sent from one agent to the next!!!!!!
