Worst service ever

I am not happy with your service at all, first you open 2 accounts charged me even after my complaints you still continue to ***** my money and don't want to pay me R800 back and you people closed the number i was using and automatically you moved me over to other number and now your charging me for a R269 instead of R239 and to make matters worse no one calls me to try and sort this out. It's like you people can do what ever you want because you are some big company and you untouchable. Even after all my reviews no one has called me regarding the mess you made.
