Worst service ever

Telkom deducted more than contract agreement and following up I'm taken from pillar to post without relevant explanation of the difference in money from the deduction to the statement received. My contract was now cancelled and I didn't initiate a cancellation. Not to mention that I'm paying for a laptop that was found faulty before being given to me and I was told it's being sent for repairs. When I wanted to cancel the contract as error was on their side they refused. Telkom Mall of Africa offered the worst service ever
