Worst service ever

Telkom has not been helpful at all. Worst service ever... We have been without internet and phone for a whole Month and my dad has been without it for 2 months going on 3. Still paying for the bill but getting nothing from it. Very disappointing. Call Centre officials promise to call back but never do...
