Worst service ever

Went to get assistance for immediate payment for a telkom account and im disgrantled and disappointed is an understatement. The consultant at calton centre spoke to be in a proper manner explaining and telling me what to do. When i went to Gandhi Square Telkom the guy aas rude, and raise his voice as he turned his back on me while i explained. The other consultant just watched and said nothing He then went on to tell me he is not the consultant that explain to me in Carlton hes telling me what he will do and even battled logging in to the system. Speak about poor customer service and lack of customer relations management.
