worst service ever because they only provide for the upperclass in south africa

<p>i live in strandfontien i had 20mbps speed adsl now recently more peoplein my area is start to get adsl and the more people gets connected to the exchange the worst the connection becomes my line was downgraded to a 5mbps without me even knowing and my internet becoms unresponsive all the time. it is so unfair that the richer areas gets all the best speeds and fibre ofcause and our middle class areas just gets left behind</p>
