Worst Service Ever!

Worst customer service ever! I was told multiple times by various Telkom agents that the Telkom Tower was down in the area and we would not get any connection which was a huge inconvenience especially working online remotely from 8am til 5pm as an online teacher. Not only Telkom continue to charge after cancelling but the agents were very rude on the phone refusing to acknowledge the Log Reference by stating that it was not showing on their system and that the issue was never logged. Eventually after stating that I took screenshots of the Log Reference they tried to find another reason and more reasons after reasons to avoid acknowledging the issue on their side which led to my cancelling as Telkom insists to continue billing and debiting from my account.
