WORST SERVICE EVER - Avoid Mogade at all costs!

I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully by a service provider in my life. I had the displeasure of dealing with Mogade from the customer service team, and it was an absolute nightmare.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Here is what happened:

I tried to correct her on a detail regarding my query, and she immediately started SHOUTING over me. She refused to let me speak.

Following that, she dumped me on an extended hold with no updates and no refresh. It felt like she just abandoned the call to get rid of me.

I asked for a Team Leader and a callback. She ignored me completely. She did neither.

This woman is rude, aggressive, and offers zero customer service skills. Telkom, please do your customers a favor and ensure Mogade receives serious disciplinary action and retraining on how to speak to people. Absolutely pathetic experience.
