worst service ever and they dont care

<p>logged query for dialog removal ( cables on my room and im building ) 2 months back till today, i have called them every day since and no results, no manager has called me, they hang up or say they dont have a manager on the flow i mean they have no idea what they are doing, they cant even use their own reference number to find your problem. i cant understand why no one has been able to help, im only calling them cause my neibour is old and needs the line , but i see that i will have to just cut it cause i cant put my contruction on hold .</p>
