Worst Service Ever and rude

<p>Telkom has once again proved to be the most useless service provider ever, i have 2 contracts and 3 numbers will it, rather have everything cancelled and pay a penalty fee. </p> <p> </p> <p>i recently purchased th 500gig night surfer special. when the data was loaded in the router and my normal data, the router then used my normal data duting night surfer time frames. i contacted telkom and was informed their system cannot know its time for night surfer so i have to restart it, like really. </p> <p> </p> <p>i called again, spoke to Nompumelelo who sounded like she doesnt know what she was talking about, she was rude and refused to transfer me to someone to assist me. She told me that the system charges whatever data that was loaded first, so if i have day data and night surfer, bevause day data was loaded first their system will still use my data data during night surfer hours, thats a whole lot of bull. </p> <p> </p> <p>what kind of service is that???</p> <p>please cancel my 2 contracts- and dont ever debit me again, im sick and tired of your horrible service. </p>
