Worst Service Ever

I'm very disappointed with the worst service I received from Telkom, they deducted my account on the 30th August on the 07th September they suspend my services, I visited the branch the consultant told me that I've exceeded my credit limit, which I was never told about, and I must pay R300, which I did. Today again, 16th September, my services are suspended with the sms message that my account is in arrears. This is the terrible service which I'm not prepared to live with, unprofessionalism is their best way to do business.
