Worst service ever

Telkom is the worst service provider I had to deal with. I had a contract with them for wifi router and the Sim card card with data. I had finished the contract with them and I was on a month to month for the data. When I suddenly had issues with their network I was send from pillar to post without any resolution I had to buy a new router which still had the same network issues. As frustrated as I was I requested them to cancel my my month to month as it no longer served my needs.they kept on loading data into the Sim card that no longer use . My debt still keeps on pulling even though I had made arrangement to stop putting data and pay what ever they needed me to pay that time which was around a thousand and couple of rands ,they didn't do anything. I'm faced with a problem of a rising debt of something that don't even need I'm happy with my current providers service.this keeps onrosing and messing my credit profile unnecessary because they refus e d to stop loading data and pay what ev we they need on a monthly basis .
