Worst service ever!!!!

I submitted by damaged phone to the Telkom store at The Glen in Johannesburg on the 28th April and had to wait 2 weeks for Telkom and WWAS (insurance) to contact me with very little feedback. I had to send emails and call them to follow up on the claim and today, 23.04.25, I still don't have my phone back. Their service is extremely bad and I wish I could cancel all my accounts with them!!!
