WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!

We received a message from Nudebt with to a Telkom account, i have contacted Nudebt which has been one problem after the other with then not sending me the account that they state has been handed over from telkom to them for collection. After some assistance a few calls later, the amount is excessively high of witch i can not understand and secondly this account was never authorized to be opened (**********ly opened). Now a lot of calls later and the one person to the other of passing us we are being refused to be assisted to give us the full account from date op opening the account by whom ever opened the account and the voice recording as well. I just got of the phone with them again refusing to assist and the lady had the bright idea of saying to we must transfer it from the one person to another then they might assist, that is crazy !!!!

If Telkom is so quick to hand you over with no notification why don't they try and help you if you have all the documents to show it is not your account.
