Worst service ever

Worst experience from Telkom. They even difficult to get to the correct department.My contract ended, they kept calling me to upgrade and I refused, even told them to put remarks on system so thta no one contacts me about upgrade. Suddenly I have a new contract with them with amount due not knowing where it comes from. I am taking this matter to NFO
