Worst service Ever!!

Very poor service... I have been using telkom for the longest of times now... But service is so bad, I am going to change and use another service provider. I have agreed and stressed so many times that they must deduct on the 25th of each month. However they delay and deduct the following day, then I am stuck with a penalty that I have to pay for their carelessness. Even now I'm stuck with a penalty that I have to pay because of them. Please sort this out. Or I change service providers.
