Worst service ever

Phoned in regarding my account, first consultant tells me the line will be active within 5 hours, 5 hours later the second consultant tells me it will take 7 working days, third consultant just hangs up when you ask to speak to a supervisor or manager

I will never refer anyone to Telkom for home wifi or any services
