Worst service ever

So I enquired on a laptop broadband deal and the sales guy told me they don't have stock but he will order and let me know. Then he hounded me for days telling me I must come get it cause his boss is pressuring him. I finally go on a Monday, mind you I work nightshift and I went cause I was tired of this guy texting and calling me while I was sleeping. I get the laptop and Thursday night it blacks out and the data doesn't even last 3 days. I take it back to bridge city and they tell me I must go to gateway or phoenix cause they have no techs. I must waste my petrol and sacrifice my sleep coming from Nightshift cause they gave me a faulty laptop.
