Worst service ever

Telkom is the worst service provider I've ever came across. I have been calling them on behalf of my grandfather since last week Friday everyday and hang on the phone for hours and till this day no one could help me. They habe been giving me the run around for almost a week now and no one even wants to help me to cancel the order. This is pathetic.
