Worst service ever

We made use of Telkom since 2021. When we have loadshedding, the only joy we had was to connect to the internet. It is nearly two weeks now, after queries has been logged, AND it has been resolved. Guess what.... We still don't have internet!!!! Try to phone, gets transferred and cut off. We don't understand 'troubleshooting"! They don't even attempt to send someone out!!!!!
