Worst service ever

If i could i would choose zero stars. On the 17th of Jan i decided to look into an LTE deal via DSL Telecom, confirmed coverage and proceeded to get the package. It arrived and i had endless connectivity issues, even used different routers but still there was no connection. I spoke to agents at both DSL telecom and telcom and was advised that the walls of the building are thick. With that said, I cancelled the service and requested that they collect the router. I was told this collection was scheduled. I am being billed (not that i am paying)for a service i never received, the router is still here and noone at telkom gives proper feedback.

I have been waiting. What below par service is this from Telkom?
