Worst service ever

I have received billing for 4 months for internet service which is not functional ,I have made about 5hours of calls at my own cost in attempt yo escalate the matter in restoring my internet services without any joy and have reveived a numbers of references still not resolve one woild wear these services is free as there is neithrr comittment or priority Grant Harris
