Worst service ever.

Just when I think Telkom can't get any worse, they always find a way to surprise me. I made payment on the 31st of October for my contract, today I received an sms to say my account is going to be disconnected because it's in arrears, I call them they tell me that they can see the payment was made but it hasn't pulled through to their billing system, 11 DAYS LATER, it hasn't pulled through, then I am told that I have to wait for 5 hours for the line to be reconnected. Please tell me how this is the actual service I have received. And yet they call me everyday trying to sell me a new product. I can't wait for my last contract with them to be done so that I cancel.
