Worst service ever

Worst service I had ever experienced in my life. The whole staff of Telkom should just go on training again. Nobody knows what they are doing and nobody can assist you in any manner. All they do is transfer you from department to department. My landline number has been off for 10 day now of which I use this number for business but till today nobody can assist. Telkom is the worst and we are held hostage as we can't port the landline numbers. All they care about is deducting my acc but assisting is NOT A OPTION. Hate Telkom with a passion
